Common architecture and technologies, defining the InteGRail Information System (IGRIS), which are the basis for InteGRail applications and demonstration scenarios

Open technologies have been chosen and adapted in order to define a
common platform, sound and flexible, which allows to achieve an adequate
level of interoperability of railways information systems, ensuring unambiguous and ubiquitous information exchange, and enabling a measurable improvement
of the overall performance level.

Several elements of the technology platform are candidate for possible standardisation.
